TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and
FreeSiteWatch.com and applies to your use of the FreeSiteWatch's services and any
related products available through FreeSiteWatch Internet Servers (collectively
the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.
In Brief, you are NOT allowed to:
- Promote Immoral, Illegal, or Illicit URLs.
- Promote Adult, Hate, Racist or any kind of material that will cause offence.
- Use an email address that prohibits the receipt of emails from FreeSiteWatch for any reason.
The FreeSiteWatch Service:
FreeSiteWatch is a service provided to you "as is" and without guarantee.
By creating an account with FreeSiteWatch you confirm that you own and or have authority to give FreeSiteWatch, a Blizzard Media, Inc. owned company, explicit permission to scan and monitor your site for availability. By submitting a site to FreeSiteWatch monitoring service you thereby give said rights to FreeSiteWatch to scan and monitor your site. At no time will FreeSiteWatch make any attempt to gain access or perform illegal activity on your site. Only access needed to perform monitoring will be obtained from your site. If you do not wish for FreeSiteWatch to scan or monitor your site, then you are prohibited from creating an account with FreeSiteWatch.
The user agrees not to operate hardware or software designed to bypass the systems developed by FreeSiteWatch for the benefit of all it's users.
When an account is set-up, the user agrees to provide current and accurate information. And agrees that said information can be used for FreeSiteWatch to make contact with the user. Any inaccurate information may result in the user's account being closed.
Information given in registration will not be sold or given to any third party without the users written permission, unless required to by law. Users agree not to collect or harvest any users information that may be on our internet servers.
While FreeSiteWatch may take measures to prevent offensive information, the user acknowledges that any content found on our servers may not be controlled by FreeSiteWatch , and FreeSiteWatch can not be held accountable for it. However, the user agrees not to use FreeSiteWatch to promote or advertise any of the following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content, Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, or any other material that may be offensive or unethical.
Users will conduct themselves in appropriate manner and will not manipulate any of the site to gain credit or access to unauthorized areas.
The user agrees not to hold FreeSiteWatch responsible for any content, links, advertisements, site malfunctions, miss-directions or any other events that may cause harm mentally, physically or to property.
You agree that FreeSiteWatch, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if FreeSiteWatch believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions. FreeSiteWatch may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of these Terms and Conditions may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that FreeSiteWatch may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that FreeSiteWatch shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account is only activated once you have verified your email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you. By doing so you are bound to accept email from FreeSiteWatch which will include system messages and marketing information. This is an opt-in service and you can choose to receive emails or not by editing your profile.
Deleting Your Account:
You may at any time delete your account and this will remove your data from all our databases entirely. You can initiate the deletion of your account through the Contact Information menu option once you login.
